Maxwell AFB FamCamp offers 71 RV full hook-up sites for both short and long term use overlooking the beautiful Maxwell Base Lakes. Tent camping is available year-round, and there are also restroom/shower facilities as well as a dump station. There is year-round entertainment for water enthusiasts with a variety of boats rentals available for daily or weekend use.
Guests can enjoy the dog park for their furry companions, a playground, the lakeside pavilions and a full range of support facilities on base. While here, be sure to visit the Civil Rights Memorial, Montgomery Zoo, W.A. Gayle Planetarium, Executive Mansion, State Capital Archives and History Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum.
