Today’s featured camping is Lake O’Neill on Camp Pendleton in Southern California.
Lake O’Neill is situated on-base along the lake. It offers fishing, hiking, watercraft rentals, rowboats, RV and tent camping, cabanas, and playgrounds (including an ADA playground). Featured sports include basketball, softball, ADA miniature golf, and much more!
The facility offers 18 paved RV sites with W/30A/S, 43 paved sites with W/30A, and 77 gravel tent sites with no hookups. Pets are allowed, but breeds restrictions and fees apply. The campground offers a dump station.
