Some TRICARE pharmacy co-payments will increase starting January 1, 2020. Not all, according to the article, but some co-payments for prescription drugs will see an increase. If you get your prescriptions through the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery or at a retail network pharmacy, you’ll pay anywhere from $2 to $7 more starting in 2020. Congress made this change in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018.
