Joint Base Lewis-McChord has removed their Alpine Climbing class scheduled for February 27th, 2023.
On the other hand, the Northwest-Adventure Center is organizing Cascades Snowshoe. The snowshoeing event is scheduled for February 26th, 2023.
The event is scheduled to start at 7:00 am, and the return is expected for 6:00 pm.
The snowshoeing event cost is $65.00 per person and includes:
- Transportation
- Instruction
- Snowshoeing equipment
- parking fees
Participants are responsible for food, water, warm winter clothes, waterproof snow boots, and a small daypack.
Children 6 years or older are allowed with parental supervision. Car seats will not be provided.
For all the outdoor enthusiasts, take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy hiking the beautiful Cascade Mountains during those cold Winter Months.
