The first weekend of October is blessed with multiple Airshows. Check out all the information you need to participate in those events.



The Great Pacific Airshow


September 30th to October 2nd, The Great Pacific Airshow in Huntington Beach, CA. This Airshow is packed with top performers from all over the world:


US AF Thunderbirds

US Army Golden Knights

US Navy Leap Frogs

Ace Maker Air Show

US National Champion Jeff Boerboon,

and many more.


The performance will take place from approximately 10:30 am to 4:40 pm, with Friday, September 30th being a rehearsal day.


The event includes a boat race near Catalina Island, a VIP meet and greet, and live music on the beach.

California Capital Airshow


September 30th to October 2nd, California Capital Airshow in Sacramento, CA. This airshow is a family-friendly annual event to honor the Sacramento region’s rich aviation heritage and veterans. Here are some of the most anticipated performers:

US Air force F-22 Raptor

Navy E/A-18G Growler Legacy Team

Canadian Forces F-18 Hornet Demo,

more performers are being added leading up to the show.

Friday, September 30th, will feature a Drive-in/Tailgate airshow with door opening at 2:00 pm and opening ceremony scheduled from 3:30 pm to approximately 7:00 pm. Events on the ground include warbirds and large military transport aircraft.

October 1st to October 2nd, Aviation Roundup at the Minden-Tahoe Airport in NV. This event offers aviation enthusiasts the chance to become immersed in the world of aviation, including top performers. This year you can enjoy:

Red River Thunder


October 1s, Red River Thunder Open house & Airshow in Altus, OK. This event is entirely free. Altus Air Force base will host performances from:


U.S. Air Force F-16 Viper demonstration team

USA Golden Knights

PACAF C-17 Demo Team

Lady Liberty A-26 "Invader"

and much more!


Gates open at 9:00 am, with an aerial performance from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Events include a stem fair, static aircraft, and ground display.
