If you're not familiar with the acronym AFVC (not to be confused with AFRC), it stands for Armed Forces Vacation Club. What is the AFVC, you may ask? It's a FREE membership travel club available exclusively to all active, retired, and veteran military members. Essentially, it's a "one-stop shop" for exclusive discounts on resorts, hotels, and more.
You can book last minute vacations, find rental programs, find short stay locations, all-inclusive resorts. A lot of the locations are time-share properties, but without having to sit through the presentations in order to partake in the savings (unless you want to sit through one, but it's not required).
