Did you know that Naval Air Station Fort Worth in Texas offers Space-A Air flights to several military locations? How would you like to fly Space-A from Fort Worth, Texas, to California, Virginia, or other military installations?
Some recent flights include NAS Pensacola in FL, NAS Oceana in VA, Shannon Ireland, Tyndall AFB in FL, and NAS Fallon in NV. While these aren't weekly missions, if you keep an eye on this terminal's web page, you can see upcoming flights and may be able to hop along!
Fort Worth Naval Air Station/Joint Reserve Base is approximately thirty miles West of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Terminal amenities include a lounge, restrooms, telephones, and vending machines with snacks. Food nearby includes Ten Bar and Grill and Burger King. This terminal also offers short and long-term parking.
There are plenty of things to do and see in the area. Here are some suggestions:

Sundance Square: A vibrant entertainment district with restaurants, bars, and live music venues. (15-20 minutes from NAS JRB Fort Worth)
Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge: A 600-acre nature preserve with hiking trails, bird-watching, and educational programs. (20-25 minutes from NAS JRB Fort Worth)
Log Cabin Village: A living history museum featuring restored log cabins from the 19th century. (20-25 minutes from NAS JRB Fort Worth)
Fort Worth Museum of Science and History: Explore exhibits on science, history, and technology, including a planetarium and IMAX theater. (20-25 minutes from NAS JRB Fort Worth)
