The Fairway Inn is located on the Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, also referred to as K-Bay, on the Island of Oahu. The Marine Corps facility and air station sit on the Mokapu Peninsula of Windward Oahu, 20 miles northeast of Honolulu International airport.
The Fairway Inn is newly completed and celebrated its opening in March 2021.
The Inn offers 24 spacious living areas. Rooms either have one king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. Each room includes a studio-size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, utensils, and Wi-Fi. Handicapped king-size rooms and queen-size rooms are available. Amenities include a complimentary made-to-order breakfast at Da Coop from 06:30 to 09:30 daily. A credit card-operated laundry is also available for guest use.
All authorized DoD card holders are allowed to book a room.

The Fairway Inn is only a 30 minute drive from downtown Honolulu or The Pearl Harbor National Memorial, 35 minutes from Hickam AMC Space-A Air passenger terminal, and 45 minutes to the Dole Pineapple Plantation.
