Wateree Recreation area is located near Camden, SC, fifty minutes north of Shaw, AFB. The campground is forty-five miles northwest of Columbia, SC.
Park offers twenty-two RV sites with W/20,30,50A/S, unlimited tent camping with no hook-up, and sixteen cabins with full hook-up. Pets are allowed in the camping area. Some restrictions apply.
Some cabin allows up to two pets per cabin. Some fees and restrictions apply. Pets are not allowed on the beach.
Wateree Recreation area is open year-round. Seasonal rentals and prices vary.
The campground amenities include a laundry facility, a bathhouse, multiple picnic areas, a beach area (seasonal), a boat lunch, a fishing dock, and more.
