State Of Rhode Island Ending Taxation On Military Service Pensions
Last July, the State of Rhode Island decided to end the taxation of military pensions.
The General Assembly decided to eliminate the tax on military pensions.

Governor McKee also ceremonially signed four pieces of legislation into law that support and protect our state’s veterans.
