Lotts Island offers 16 camper spaces, with a maximum of 40′ in length. Rates for these camper spaces are $25/day, $550 monthly. Holders of Access and Golden Age Passports can get a discounted rate of $20/day. The campground also offers 6 grass and dirt tent spaces for only $6 per day. RV storage is available, rates start at $10 per month and go up to $20 per month. The support facilities available at Hunter Army Airfield include an auto shop, cafeteria, camping equipment and camper rental, fire rings, picnic areas, a pool, restrooms, and a sewage dump station.

The base offers opportunities to rent both boating and fishing equipment, as well as a boat dock and a fishing pier. Visitors can also access a marina.
