Mid-Bay Shores Maxwell/Gunter Recreation Area is halfway between Pensacola, FL, and Panama City Beach, about eleven miles northeast of Destin, FL.
Formerly called Lake Pippin, this recreation area is a perfect mix of white sandy beaches and excellent dining and shopping.
Parks offers RV sites full hookups with W/30,50A/S, partial hookups with W/30,50A, and no hookups. In addition, the Mid-Bay Shores Recreation area offers tent sites with no hookups or bungalows and mobile homes with full hookups. Pets are allowed at the campsite. Fees and restrictions apply. Pets are not permitted in cabin rentals.
